Maple Deal Global has launched an online deal-discovery platform for shoppers, bringing together offers from retailers in multiple markets.

The site is aimed at consumers who would otherwise search several retail websites for discounts, price drops and featured products. It presents curated offers in one place and directs users to retailer sites to complete purchases.

Current categories include Today's Deals, Electronics, Home & Living, Health & Wellness, Travel and Canada Picks. The site also lists business and digital products, including software, artificial intelligence tools, productivity products and Shopify-related offers.

Founder Mohmd Hane Mostafa Arefe said the business was built to simplify the search for online deals.

"People are constantly looking for better prices and worthwhile products, but finding a good opportunity can take time," said Mohmd Hane Mostafa Arefe, founder of Maple Deal Global.

"We wanted to create a platform where people can discover deals more easily, explore different categories and then make their own informed decision about whether an offer is right for them."

Featured listings currently span consumer electronics, home and kitchen products, technology accessories and digital services. Maple Deal Global describes the service as focused on discovery rather than checkout, with purchases completed through the underlying merchants.

That approach places Maple Deal Global in a crowded part of online retail media, where comparison sites, affiliate publishers and social commerce accounts compete for shoppers seeking discounts. Its pitch rests on curation, category breadth and a screening process it says reviews deals before publication.

Verification process

Maple Deal Global said offers pass through four stages before publication: source verification, security audit, expiry check and final approval. According to the company, source verification involves checking offers against official merchant websites and available price information.

The security audit reviews payment and affiliate links, while the expiry check is meant to remove offers that are no longer valid. A final approval stage then determines whether a listing is published on the platform.

"Our focus is deal discovery," said Arefe.

"We are not trying to make the shopping process more complicated. We want to give people a simple place to discover products and opportunities that they may otherwise have missed."

Trust and disclosure are central issues for affiliate-based shopping platforms, particularly when consumers click through to third-party sellers. Maple Deal Global says it discloses that it earns commissions from some links at no extra cost to shoppers.

"Trust is important when you are presenting people with shopping offers," said Arefe.

"We want visitors to have more confidence that the information they are seeing has been reviewed before an offer is published."

The company also addressed how it makes money from transactions generated through the site.

"If someone discovers a product through Maple Deal Global and decides to purchase it through an affiliate partner, we may receive a commission," said Arefe.

"We believe it is important to make that relationship clear to shoppers. Our goal is to provide useful deal discovery while being transparent about how the platform operates."

Social content

Alongside the website, Maple Deal Global is using short-form content and social media to showcase selected products and deals. These videos are intended to give consumers a quick introduction to featured offers before they visit the platform for more detail.

That reflects a broader shift in online shopping behaviour, where product discovery increasingly starts in feeds rather than on retailer homepages or search engines. Deal-focused publishers have been adapting by pairing affiliate links with video, creator-style recommendations and category-specific content.

"People increasingly discover products through short-form content," said Arefe.

"We want our social content to be engaging, but also useful. If a product catches someone's attention, they can visit Maple Deal Global and explore the deal in more detail."

Maple Deal Global said its selection is designed to include both international offers and Canada-focused listings, giving users a mix of global and local shopping opportunities. Visitors can also sign up for email updates to receive alerts on price drops, savings and selected offers.

The business is positioning that mix of curated listings, verification checks and affiliate disclosure as the basis of its model.

"Our vision is to build Maple Deal Global into a destination that people can return to whenever they are looking for a deal or discovering something new," said Arefe.

"We started with a simple idea: make it easier to find worthwhile shopping opportunities. We believe that idea can grow into something useful for shoppers in many different markets."
