Smartsheet appoints Stephanie Berner as Chief Customer Officer

Smartsheet has announced the appointment of Stephanie Berner as its new Chief Customer Officer.

Stephanie Berner joins Smartsheet to lead the company's customer success initiatives and to deliver on its customer experience ambitions as it aims for further growth and the integration of AI capabilities across its platform.

In her new position, Berner will lead strategies aimed at deepening customer relationships and sustaining value for users throughout all stages of engagement with Smartsheet, a platform widely adopted by enterprise clients worldwide.

Smartsheet's latest leadership change takes place as the company faces evolving customer needs and the growing role of artificial intelligence in workplace management solutions. Berner's remit will involve driving customer strategies that are tailored and data-driven, reflecting the expanded role of AI in customer relationship management and in product innovation.
