Radix has launched RUSH EMEA 2026, extending its executive forum into Europe.

The event is due to take place at the Energy Transition Campus Amsterdam as part of a broader regional expansion that also includes North America and Latin America.

It will focus on industrial artificial intelligence, interoperability and operational resiliency for asset-intensive industries. Radix is positioning the gathering as a closed-door forum for senior executives rather than a conventional industry conference.

The launch comes as industrial groups face pressure to show returns from digital spending after years of investment in data platforms, connected systems and AI pilots. Many companies in sectors including energy, manufacturing and resources still struggle with fragmented data, disconnected systems and projects that fail to move beyond the trial stage.

Discussions at the Amsterdam forum will centre on four themes: interoperability, the use of data and AI in operations, resiliency in volatile business conditions, and long-term returns from digital transformation investment.

Alexander Clausbruch, Chief Executive Officer, North America, Radix, linked the event to demand for more practical discussion among executives.

"The challenge facing industrial organizations today isn't a lack of vision-it's the ability to convert that vision into measurable business outcomes," said Alexander Clausbruch, Chief Executive Officer, North America, Radix. "As Industrial AI reshapes the future of operations, leaders need candid conversations about what is truly delivering value. RUSH brings together executives who are moving beyond pilots and hype to scale interoperability, resiliency, and performance across their enterprises."

Regional push

RUSH EMEA follows an earlier North American edition in Houston, which Radix described as a catalyst for expanding the format to other regions. Customer demand for the same kind of executive exchange in other markets helped shape the European launch.

By bringing the forum to Europe, Radix aims to build a network of senior industrial leaders across multiple regions. The model is intended to support knowledge-sharing and discussion on how organisations can turn digital projects into measurable financial and operational results.

João Carlos Chachamovitz, Founder and Global Chief Executive Officer, Radix, said the aim was to keep the discussion focused on practical business value.

"The next generation of industrial leaders will be defined by their ability to transform data, AI, and human expertise into measurable business value," said João Carlos Chachamovitz, Founder and Global Chief Executive Officer, Radix. "RUSH brings together a global community of innovators who are openly sharing what's working, what's scalable, and what's next-helping organizations accelerate from vision to value faster than ever before."

Industrial focus

Radix is targeting executives in asset-intensive sectors, where digital systems can have a significant operational impact but implementation often remains difficult. Businesses in these industries typically rely on ageing infrastructure, multiple software environments and large workforces spread across sites, all of which complicate digital change.

Interoperability has become a recurring challenge for these groups, especially as they try to combine operational technology with enterprise systems and new AI tools. Resiliency has also moved higher up the agenda as executives contend with supply chain disruption, volatile commodity markets, energy transition pressures and cyber risks.

John de Koning, Regional President, EMEA, Radix, framed the European market challenge in those terms.

"Europe's industrial future won't be determined by technology alone-it will be defined by how effectively organizations transform innovation into resilience, profitability, and sustainable growth," said John de Koning, Regional President, EMEA, Radix.

Industry participants are also backing the event. Seeq will act as Gold Sponsor, Cognite as Silver Sponsor, and ARC Advisory Group, Veerum and Simacro as Bronze Sponsors.

Luciano Narcisi, Senior Analyst, ARC Advisory Group, said organisations need stronger data foundations to derive value from AI and digital systems.

"Market volatility, disruption, and AI-driven change demand more than data. Competitive advantage now depends on trusted, connected, and well-governed data foundations," said Luciano Narcisi, Senior Analyst, ARC Advisory Group. "Only through open and interoperable platforms can organizations unlock the full value of digital solutions and accelerate their transformation journey."

Seeq also tied its support for the forum to the need for trusted data and practical execution.

"Industrial AI only creates value when teams can trust their data and act on it. As a Gold Sponsor of RUSH EMEA, Seeq is proud to stand with Radix and this community of leaders, turning digital ambition into measurable outcomes. Because the future of industry belongs to those who move from insight to action, at scale," said Vikram Prakasam, Vice President, Partnerships and Alliances, Seeq.
